The young people at First Baptist Church are challenged on a weekly basis to trust the Lord as their Savior and rely on Him to meet their needs in life. We strive to teach the Word of God
to them as the absolute truth and as the final authority for everyone.
We stay relevant to their lives.
Our goal is to connect the young people to their parents. We do not try to divide between them or cause divisions and difficulty within the family. It is the goal of our youth staff to support the parents as much as we can.
Our young people enjoy coming together for youth group on a weekly basis. The Junior High group meets every Wednesday night at 7 PM in the youth room upstairs, and consists of students in 6th through 8th grade. The Senior High group meets every Sunday night at 6 PM in the same place. The Senior High group consists of students in 9th through 12th grade.

activities together such as the monthly youth rally hosted by c
hurches in Indianapolis. "Afterglows" come once a month usually and are always a good time. The summers are full of good things in which young people can get involved, and nearly each month has some fun activity planned.
